The Direct Line: A2P & SMS Protocol
Our SMS line is our most valuable communication channel. It's for hot drops, priority studio openings, and direct intel. Access is a privilege. Here are the hacks to master it.
Hack #1: The Power of 'YES'
We will NEVER text you without your explicit, direct consent. When you provide your number and check the box, you are deliberately raising your hand to join an exclusive channel. This is your key to the inside track.
Hack #2: The 'STOP' Command
You are in 100% control. At any time, for any reason, replying STOP will immediately and permanently remove you from the Direct Line. No questions asked. This is your eject button. Use it wisely. Replying HELP will provide you with assistance.
