OF THE PRO SOUND EMPIRE.

Article I: User Representations

By using our services, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use; (2) you will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (3) your use of the services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Article II: Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that for which we make the site available. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to: systematic retrieval of data, tricking or misleading us and other users, interfering with security-related features, and harassing or threatening any of our employees or agents.

Article III: Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Article IV: Purchases and Payment

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as required by law.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us for any reason.

Article V: Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind. Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action arising.

Article VI: The Law of the Land

This Constitution and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, and the parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction.

Article VII: Amendments & Termination

We reserve the sole right to make changes or modifications to this Constitution at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms. It is your responsibility to periodically review this Constitution to stay informed.

We reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of our services to any person for any reason, including for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these terms.

Article VIII: The Direct Line (SMS Program)

Program Name: Pro Sound Direct Line

Program Description: The Pro Sound Direct Line is our exclusive SMS communication channel. By opting in, you agree to receive messages containing priority studio booking alerts, special offers, project updates, and direct intel from the 'Studio Boss' ecosystem. Message frequency varies.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
